Admission to this Master of Science in the Management of Technology Program (MS-MOT)  is limited to employees of BAE Systems. This is an intense, one-year, 36-credit MS degree delivered in a blended face-to-face and on-line format, and divided into three modules:

Business Fundamentals for Technical Managers
Advanced Concepts for Technical Managers
Advanced Management of Technology

Mission Statement

The Master of Science in the Management of Technology program provides students of technical backgrounds with the knowledge and skills to manage the interfaces between technology, strategy and business processes, technological change (evaluation, selection, implementation and integration of technologies into new and existing businesses and organizations), and the development and commercialization of emerging technologies.

Students will demonstrate an understanding of the complexities and native culture and economics relationships.
