Halfway point in the term!

Spring term is halfway over.  Two of my five classes finished this week, so the other half of the semester will be really easy in comparison.  Entrepreneurship was an interesting class.  I didn't start out liking the company we chose to do a business plan for (a political consulting company), but as I did research I realized the really IS a niche in the market for the plan.  It became REALLY important to me about halfway through the class.

So, What did I learn from those two classes (Investments was the other one)?  In Investments I learned that if I work REALLY, REALLY hard it will pay off.  The first half of the class was pure statistics and I struggled, but I didn't give up.  I did well on the final and fine in the class.  In Entrepreneurship I learned that I CAN be a good presenter of projects.  It's always been my secret fear, but I overcame it this term.

I probably will never use the INFORMATION I got from those two classes, but every day of my life I will use the skills I learned.  THAT is my tuition dollars well spent!!
