The Paul College Executive Development Program offers several open enrollment programs. These programs are designed for individuals who are interested in moving into senior level leadership roles within their organizations or those who have been recently promoted to a senior leadership position.

Finance & Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager
Through strategic partnerships with key organizations and instructors, these programs are designed to leverage real-world business practices with cutting-edge academic research and models to create maximum value for participants and their organizations. Participants come from a variety of companies, agencies, and entrepreneurial endeavors and provide peer networking and best-practice sharing opportunities from many perspectives. The Paul College programs are always designed with a bias for “action” – participants will leave with plans to immediately apply new skills to their organization’s strategic challenges. All programs will be taught at the new Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics in a state-of-the-art executive learning environment that promotes collaboration and team learning. In order to provide options for work-life balance, affordability, and convenience, participants have the option of commuting or staying at one of several local hotels. Program fees include tuition, program materials, parking, most meals and certificate of completion. Scholarships are offered to New Hampshire-based leaders from the public service and education sectors, as well as state and local government and non-profit organizations. Certificate in Corporate Sustainabilty This certificate program designed in partnership with the Whittemore School of Business, New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility and UNH's Sustainability Institute begins with the three-day Institute in Corporate Sustainability. Participants may elect to attend the Institute only or may continue on to recieve the Certificate in Corporate Sustainability by implementing a capstone project in their workplace. Various aspects of managing the "triple bottom line" - people, planet and profits are discussed during this program. |
