Holiday Skating Party managed by "Meetings and Conventions Management" class

Meetings and Conventions Management is an elective course offered by the Department of Hospitality Management. In keeping with our long-standing tradition of incorporating “hands-on” experiences that mirror classroom lectures, the planning and execution of the annual UNH Holiday Party was added as a course component several years ago. With guidance from the Director of Presidential Events & Programs, Susan Entz and the assistant Director, Patrice Russell, students start planning for the event in the first week of class.
